Have you always wanted to help someone else and gain Supervisory experience and knowledge at the same time?
C2GPS, LLC is happy to introduce the Mentor Program. As a mentor, you will play a key role in our new employee onboarding process. You will be helping a new employee become acclimated and assimilated into the organization, making him or her feel welcome and comfortable.
As a mentor, you will be contributing to the growth and development of C2GP’s talent pool, helping to, helping to ensure future success of the organization. You will also be building your capacity as a leader!
If you are good with time management and organized and you would like to gain supervisory experience but more importantly, help a new employee who joins our C2GPS, LLC Coastal Bend family then this may just be the program for you!
Must be employed with C2GPS, LLC for a minimum of 1 year.
Must have received a favorable rating on most recent Performance Evaluation.
Must not be on any type of disciplinary action.
Incentives for Serving as a Mentor:
One admin day for each 6-month period a person is actively engaged in serving as a mentor-no more than 2 admin days per 12-month period.
Credit for Supervisory experience.
Recognition in company-wide newsletter, website.
